Hello again,
Just today on my way back home, my mind was cluttered with a series of thoughts. A bunch of them surrounded around the word 'thought' itself. My mind was filled with thoughts that carried the divine essence at one point and at another instant, it was cluttered with terrible negative affirmations that took me aback, almost like a reflex action. I wondered how the same mind of the same person could suffer dual characteristics. Its funny how we become so in control of a manipulative mind that is not so much as significant as a heart that is so constant in its convictions. And then I realized that 'Satan' or the devil that we are so full of fear of is not an alien monster waiting to haunt us but is an internal integral part of each one of us in the forms of our minds. And eventually, we start believing that we are, what our minds make us think we are and of course, begin to hate ourselves. But let me assure you that this whole logic is certainly false. Because our minds are like a monkey, which does not stay in one place for more than a few seconds and is a wanderer, uncertain of its destination. It needs to be tamed not with a whip but with simply seeing, hearing and talking good. At one time its in the seventh heaven and at another in a slush of mud. What we think is not entirely us; it is part us, part the people around us, part the circumstances that we are in, part the places we visit most, part the food we eat, part the things we see and part the air we breathe. So yes, please do not relate to the terrrible things that your mind conceives. Believe and remind yourself that you are beyond the thoughts that you cannot control. But learn with patience and determination to subsitute those thoughts with ones filled with love and happiness. Pamper yourself with that daily dose of motivation and positive energy and above everything ensure that you are around people who will enhance your confidence in your heart and not the devil in us.
Think well.
God bless.
Have a great day ahead.Much love,
Payal
